We collect the account, contact, address and order details needed to operate the store, fulfil purchases, provide support and prevent fraud.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Mavora's Mart does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. Service providers receive only the information required to perform their contracted service.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Product availability, pricing and delivery slots are confirmed at checkout. Images are representative and fresh products can vary naturally.
An order is accepted after successful payment verification. We may contact you about substitutions, address issues or unavailable products.
Coupons are subject to their stated validity, minimum order, usage and customer limits. Misuse may result in cancellation.
Refunds and cancellations follow the policy described in our Help Centre. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law.
