1. ACCEPTANCE

Agreement to these terms

By accessing, registering on or purchasing through Mavora's Mart, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Who may use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You agree to use the platform only for lawful personal or household shopping purposes.

3. USER ACCOUNT

Keep account details accurate

Some features require registration. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. PRODUCTS

Product information and natural variation

We work to keep descriptions, images, pack sizes, prices and availability accurate. Packaging may change, display colours may vary and fresh produce can differ naturally in size or appearance. Material substitutions will not be made without customer communication where reasonably possible.

5. PRICING & OFFERS

Charges shown before payment

Item prices, offers, delivery fees and handling charges are shown before payment. They may change before an order is placed. If an obvious listing or pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected amount.

• Coupons are governed by their displayed dates, minimum order, value, usage limits and eligibility.
• Taxes and applicable charges are included or identified as required at checkout.

6. ORDERS

When an order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after server-side payment verification and confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock constraints, an incorrect price, an invalid address, payment discrepancy, suspected fraud or circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. PAYMENTS

Secure payment through Razorpay

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and its participating payment providers. Payment must be authorised by the account or instrument holder. Mavora's Mart does not store complete card details, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Slots, addresses and serviceability

Available delivery slots, serviceable locations and charges are displayed at checkout. Estimates can change because of stock, traffic, weather, holidays or operational disruption. You are responsible for providing a complete address and an available recipient.

9. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

Protecting the platform

You must not misuse offers, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payments, attempt unauthorised system access, scrape the catalogue at scale, interfere with operations or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our content and brand

Mavora's Mart branding, site and app content, original graphics, interface designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

12. RESPONSIBILITY

Fair limits

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. Our responsibility for an affected order will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for that order or the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

Indian law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements, disputes are subject to the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
