Your account and personal data
Your name, email, mobile number, password credentials, password-reset tokens, saved addresses, mobile sessions, account-linked coupon history, login history and newsletter record are removed.
LIMITED RETENTION
Business records required after deletion
Order items, totals, payment references, refunds and invoices may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. These records no longer link to your customer account.
For an order already in progress, its delivery details may remain only until fulfilment ends. They are automatically cleared when the order is delivered or cancelled.
